Your body NEEDS carbs to function. The problem with carbs comes from when they're covered in salt, deep fried, or battered. And never buy ANYTHING that has enriched white flour in the ingredients. THAT is the enemy.Christopher Gattohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12345271153638761827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3851629171098066986.post-18623272182751679752010-01-02T15:55:39.539-08:002010-01-02T15:55:39.539-08:00I'm so glad you're with me on this one Ada...I'm so glad you're with me on this one Adam, it really means a lot to me that I have your support! I wish you the best success. My boyfriend Chris and I were blown away by our results from P90X, which is a 90-day fitness and nutrition program. It gives you a portion guide (for instance, 3 servings of protein a day, 1 serving of carbs, etc), a meal plan and recipes, plus the 12 workout DVDs. I loved it because I used to hate trekking to the gym, and I fell off the wagon because of that. Working out at home is definitely the way to go for me, which is how I pushed through the hour-long workouts six days a week. The best part is that it's all set up for you, so you're not really going it alone.<br />Whichever way you decide to do it though, I commend you for it. It's tough, but very possible. Good luck! :)Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01866384690330494424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3851629171098066986.post-9372959987248438732010-01-01T21:26:21.848-08:002010-01-01T21:26:21.848-08:00Sounds like a wonderful plan Jess, I'm behind ...Sounds like a wonderful plan Jess, I'm behind you 100%! can't wait to go on this journey with you!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05156217956298824760noreply@blogger.com
